The Spirit of the Underground release No.5.

All bottles from The Spirit of the Underground will be offered via a weighted ballot.

The four ballots (Bond Street, Hammersmith, Regent's Park & Tottenham Court Road) will be run separately and drawn at random with the weighting shown

below applied.

To enter any or all of the ballots simple complete the entry form and select which of the bottles you wish to be entered for.

The form should only be completed once.

Price: £135 per bottle | Closing Date: 12:01 GMT Friday 3rd November 23

Entries into the ballot are limited to one per person to provide customers with a fair chance to buy.

How to enter ?

Complete the ballot entry form below, adding your membership number if applicable.

Please note: You will not receive a ballot confirmation email in addition to website message.

The four ballots ( Bond Street, Hammersmith, Regent’s Park and Tottenham Court road ) will be run separately and drawn at random with the weighting shown below applied.

To enter any or all of the ballots simple complete the entry form and select which of the bottles you wish to be entered for.

The form should only be completed once.

Duplicate entries will not be accepted. Anyone found making multiple entries to a single ballot will be disqualified from ballot. Similarly, falsifying membership details will also result in permanent disqualification.

The ballot will remain open until 12:01 GMT FRIDAY 3rd November 23

Within 3 working days after the Ballot has been drawn, the Entrants shall be notified by email if they have been successful. If you have not been contacted by end of the day

8th of November 23, you have not been successful.

Successful entrants will receive payment link via email to complete their purchase. You must complete payment within 24 hours to secure your bottle.

Entries will be weighted as follows:

Bimber Founder members – 1 entry = 5 chances
Bimber Klub member / Legacy Founder member – 1 entry = 3 chances
Non- members – 1 entry = 1 chance

Ballot Terms & Conditions

Bimber reserves the right to cancel any orders if subsequent verification identifies that a consumer has attempted to purchase more than the maximum number of bottles or if the purchasing link was shared and the purchaser was not a successful winning entry.

By submitting an entry to the ballot, the entrants confirm that if they are successfully selected by Bimber Distillery that they are willing to complete the purchase of the product.

The ballot will be open for 4 days after which the selection process will take place.

Within 3 working days after the ballot has been drawn, entrants shall be notified by email if they have been successful. If you have not been contacted by then, you have not been successful.

The total fee payable shall include a postage fee based on the entrant’s country of delivery. The payments charged directly may not include all taxes or duties that could be charged on arrival in your country of delivery. You are personally liable for the payment of any additional charges applicable in your country.

Please note, free shipping is not available for limited release products sold via ballot.

We will be unable to process any ballots of entrants who get in touch on behalf of winners. Only the successful entries (the winners) themselves will be able to make a purchase.
