Release No. 7
Euston
Cask Ref. 322
This single cask release drawn from an EX-BOURBON CASK celebrates Euston station.

Euston station opened in 1907, serving the Northern Line, and was expanded during the 1960s to incorporate the Victoria Line. The original station was located on the corner of Drummond Street and featured the distinctive oxblood-glazed terracotta (farence) blocks designed by architect Leslie William Green. The new station is located close to the British Museum, the Wellcome Collection, and London Tap - originally a pair of Portland stone lodges that, since 2010, have been home to one of London's smallest pubs.

NOSE: A vibrant fusion of tropical and stone fruits greets the senses, complemented by rich malt loaf, velvety vanilla cream, deep brown sugars, and soft nougat.

PALATE: Bold bursts of pineapple and juicy nectarines lead the charge, followed by layers of burnt toffee, caramelised sweetness, dark chocolate, and a warming touch of black pepper.

FINISH: Toasted oak and a gentle peppery spice.
