Hammersmith Cask Ref. 399
Single Cask Release
No. of Bottles 280
This single cask release drawn from an ex-rye cask celebrates Hammersmith station.
Opened in 1874 as the western terminus of the District line, Hammersmith station was developed over the next three decades to incorporate what would later become the Piccadilly line. Entirely demolished in the early 1990s, the station was rebuilt into the basement of the Hammersmith Broadway Shopping Centre, salvaging parts of the tiling from the original Harry W Ford façade. The area is home to the Hammersmith Apollo theatre and Bimber’s regular supporter – Melody Whisky Bar.

PALATE: Opening with dark chocolate, expressive stone fruits and sweet citrus fruits - then introducing toasted barley together with an assortment of piquant cask spices
FINISH: Lingering with sweet spice
Lines: Circle, District, Hammersmith & City and Piccadilly
