This single cask release drawn from an EX-BOURBON CASK celebrates South Kensington station.

 

South Kensington station opened in 1868 as part of the Metropolitan Railway’s extension from Paddington to Gloucester Road. On the same day, the District line began operating services between South Kensington and Westminster. Today, the station serves the Circle, District and Piccadilly lines, providing convenient access to numerous cultural landmarks, including the Natural History Museum.​

 

NOSE: Fresh Granny Smith apples with notes of lemon muffins, buttered toast, and a touch of wood spice.​

 

PALATE: Bright lemon curd tart drizzled with honey, layered with anise, white pepper, and toasted oak.​

 

FINISH: Long and balanced, unfolding with lemon, honey sweetness, and gentle spice.
