Return and Refund Policy

We do our best to provide quality products.  We want our customer to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

 

If you have any issues with your purchase and want a refund, please get in touch with us. We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased if the conditions below are met:

 

You return the product to us within 7 days of receipt of your order to the following address, with your order details: Bimber Distillery Ltd, 56 Sunbeam Road, London, NW10 6JQ, 

 

Unless the item is damaged or faulty, you return it to us in condition; with the seal unopened, in good condition and in its original packaging.

For any damaged or faulty items, we will refund the cost and send a replacement item free of charge or refund the order amount. Please inform us of damaged or faulty items within 24 hours of receipt of the product, ideally with photographic proof, and we will refund you within 15 working days of you notifying us. In certain situations, the goods may need to be returned for quality analysis. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning the item unless the product itself is faulty.

  

If the product is damaged when the courier arrives at your door and shows clear signs of breakage or leakage at the time of delivery, please refuse the parcel and ask the courier to return the goods to us. Please contact us at info@bimber.co.uk to let us know so that we can make arrangements for a replacement or refund.

 

Please note money will only be refunded onto the credit or debit card used by you to pay for the original purchase.

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded. 

 

If you are shipping an item over £50.00 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
